Shipping Policy — Gold Smile Media

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays).

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

  • Pre-orders and made-to-order items will ship according to the timeline on the product page; if purchased with in-stock items, the entire order ships together unless otherwise noted.

Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Please confirm your shipping address before placing an order.

  • If you need to update an address, email gsm@goldsmilemedia within 12 hours of purchase; we’ll do our best, but changes aren’t guaranteed once processing begins.

Delivery Issues (Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages)

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t have the package, please:

    1. check with neighbors/household members, 2) verify the address on your order, and 3) contact the carrier.

  • If a package shows no movement for 3+ business days after dispatch, email gsm@goldsmilemedia and we’ll help file a claim with the carrier.

  • Gold Smile Media isn’t liable for packages after carrier confirmation of delivery, but we’ll do our best to assist.

Returned/Undeliverable Packages

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect/insufficient address, refusal, or unclaimed status, we can reship to an updated address (additional postage may apply). Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Split Shipments

  • We may ship items separately to get parts of your order to you faster. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • We can’t guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed, but email gsm@goldsmilemedia as soon as possible and we’ll try to help before fulfillment begins.
